Once upon a time, I lived my life without caring to hear about chakras, clearing energy or even spirituality in any way shape or form. I also believed in the Easter bunny and spent most of my time catching ladybugs.
Later on in life, I began feeling everyone else’s emotions as though they were my own. Deeply feeling sad, hurt and even suicidal at times, and never really understanding where these emotions were coming from, because nothing in my life was really all that serious.
One day, I recognized that I was feeling excellent, and I later talked to a friend of mine and found out that they too were feeling excellent. Then another day I noticed that I was feeling weepy and snively, only to find that my same friend was also feeling sad and dreary. Whenever I would find myself mysteriously emotional for no reason, I would call that same friend, only to find that they too had the same emotion and then I would listen to them tell whatever story they were living that had set them off.
I told my husband that I thought that I was somehow connected to this person, but I didn’t know how or why. (Now we both thought I was crazy!) This went on for a couple of months! Then one night, I sat bolt upright in bed at 2am from a sound sleep gasping! I told Ken, “I think something bad just happened to Danny!” About 5am. it happened again. This time I said. “I think something REALLY BAD, just happened to Danny!
A couple of days later I ran into Danny and told him the story, to which he replied… “Oh, now that is crazy. 2 am would have been when I rolled my car, and 5am was abou would have been when they slammed the drunk tank doors on me and I realized how badly I had Effed up!
The truly remarkable part of this to me was, I was not that close of a friend with this guy. He worked at the tractor supply store and had come to the house to go fishing only one time.
I began to realize that it wasn’t only this person, it happened just walking down the street! I would suddenly feel a deep sense of sorrow and I began to recognize that these emotions were not my own but that someone standing near by, was feeling a deep emotional upset.
As I advanced with discerning other people’s emotions from my own, I realized that I could not only tell you whose emotions I was feeling! I didn’t even know these people and could tell you what happened to them!
I was beginning to understand the spiritual saying “We are all one.” We are all one alright, we are one with the world wide web of energy that circumnavigates our energy and the globe of all that is. We are connected at a level that most of us have never considered.
My husband poo pooed this idea for years, that is until I was able to use his deep hatred for the smell of cigarette smoke to my advantage. One day, we were driving along the freeway at 70 miles an hour and he said. “Someone is smoking.” I said. “Yes. I smell it too… We are all one. That smoke was just inside the lungs of the man smoking and now you are carrying his breath inside of you, just like I carry the emotions of those around me.
And he got it! He understood this sharing energy in a way that no other words had helped him understand.
Our chakras work to filter out harmful frequencies and boost our energy. Think of them working like the modem for your computer works. They connect us to the world wide web and filter out everyone else’s transmissions so that we remain uniquely our own beings.
They assist to keep our aura’s and our boundaries strong and healthy. When one of these systems becomes weak. Another will over work to try to take up the slack.
When I am feeling out of balance with the world around me, I take a minute to clear my chakras, I will work with each chakra independently, visualizing the correct color of the chakra I am working with and I will command that the chakra be cleared and balanced.
I also move through the chakras with a deliberate pattern that is neither top to bottom, or bottom to top, but alternating highest to lowest then next highest to lowest.
Notice how you are feeling in this moment. Just close your eyes and notice yourself. How are you feeling? On a scale from -10 to +10 where -10 is horrible 0 is neutral and +10 is outstanding. How do you feel?
I am going to walk you through my process of clearing my chakras. Begin by saying to yourself. “I ask my guides to locate all conflicts within myself and others that caused this imbalance and heal this energy on the astral plane.” Say that statement three times! “I ask my guides to locate all conflicts within myself and others that caused this imbalance and heal this energy on the astral plane…” One more time. “I ask my guides to locate all conflicts within myself and others that caused this imbalance and heal this energy on the astral plane.”
Soul Star Chakra, I place my focus 10″ above my head, I clear and harmonize this chakra. I only allow the color silver to be present within this chakra. I ask for divine intervention to heal and restore balance to my chakra system. Silver, silver, silver.” (repeat the color over and over until it feels good or you see in your mind’s eye, only that color.)
Earth Star Chakra I place my focus 10″ below my feet. I clear and harmonize this chakra. I only allow the color brown to be present within this chakra. I ask for divine intervention to heal and restore balance to this chakra, Brown, brown, brown….”
Crown chakra: “I place my focus on the crown of my head, I clear and harmonize this chakra. I only allow the color *white to be present within this chakra. I ask for divine intervention to heal and restore balance to my chakra system. White, white, white…”
Root Chakra: “I place my focus at the base of my spine. I clear and harmonize this chakra. I only allow the color red to be present within this chakra. I ask for divine intervention to heal and restore balance to my chakra system. “Red, red, red.”
Third Eye Chakra: “I place my focus between my eyebrows. I clear and harmonize this chakra. I only allow the color indigo to be present within this chakra. I ask for divine intervention to heal and restore balance to my chakra system. “Indigo, indigo, indigo…”
Sacral Chakra: “I place my focus upon my lower abdomen, I clear and harmonize this chakra. I only allow the color orange to be present within this chakra. I ask for divine intervention to heal and restore balance to my chakra system. Orange, orange, orange..”
Throat Chakra “I place my focus on my throat, I clear and harmonize this chakra. I only allow the color blue to be present within this chakra. I ask for divine intervention to heal and restore balance to my chakra system. Blue, blue, blue…”
Solar Plexus chakra “I place my focus on my upper abdomen, I clear and harmonize this chakra. I only allow the color yellow to be present within this chakra. I ask for divine intervention to heal and restore balance to my chakra system. Yellow, yellow, yellow.”
-
Heart Chakra “I place my focus on the center of my chest, I clear and harmonize this chakra. I only allow the color green to be present within this chakra. I ask for divine intervention to heal and restore balance to my chakra system. Green, green, green…”
- Now imagine a giant beam of light coming down from the heaven and filling your energy system with bright, white, light. Imagine this light surrounding you by nine feet in all directions and anchoring you into the earth. Imagine wrapping your aura in a pale, blue green light. Now notice your energy again, and rate it on the same +10 -10 scale.
Did the number change?
* Although deep purple is also used for the crown chakra, I was guided to use white only for this exercise.
