I noticed myself thinking “I need help!”   It simply wasn’t true, I wanted help!!!  I didn’t want to have to do all of the hard work by myself!

I, __________ solemnly swear to myself and only myself to step into my own personal power!   I demand a higher level of excellence of myself and my self talk!   I insist that I recognize when I am thinking and talking to myself in a way that creates weakness!
I demand that I step up and take back my power, So Help me ME!!

I place myself, ___________ into a Full Court of Atonement with knowing when I truly need help and asking for it.   I ask to have my guides bring to me the perfect assistance that I need in those moments. 

I ask to have my guides purged with light and bring them any assistance that they may need.
