Coffee With God

When we are trying to create or manifest in a certain area of our lives, one of the most important things to keep in mind is that there are at least five levels of consciousness.

1. The Conscious Mind

2. The Subconscious Mind

3. The Heart

4. The Body

5. The Soul

When these levels of consciousness are not in agreement,  nothing seems to go right. 

When all of these areas are working together for a common goal, magic happens, and things begin to unfold in your life with ease and synchronicity.  Let’s do a little work to get these areas into alignment.

Go get a pen and paper and play along. 

1. Pick a target.

Pick something you know you really want to create in your life.
2. Rate your openness to receiving it. 

 Ask yourself these questions and write down the first thing that comes to mind.  

Using a scale from +10 to -10:

A. How open is my conscious mind to creating this in my life?_______ 

B. How open is my subconscious mind to creating this in my life?_______

C. How open is my heart to creating this in my life?_______

D. How open is my body to creating this in my life?_______

E. How open is my soul to creating this in my life?_______

(If the soul is the biggest block. You need to sit and ask to speak to the soul.   Repeat 3 or 4 times   “I ask to speak to my own soul.”   Then ask… “Is there something else, that you wish for me to focus my attention on?”   Write everything down that comes to mind!
You may find you need a different target.   If that happens, start again with the new target!)

3. Find The Blocks

On the answers that were less than +10 ask yourself this question, and write down the answers.

What thoughts are in the way of having this in my life?

A. Write down everything that comes to mind!

B.  Change the thoughts that are limiting beliefs to the opposite.   (I don’t have enough money. – Money is always available.  I can always find a way to make more.)

4. Clear the Blocks!  

Below is a list of four ways that work extremely well to clear out energetic blocks.    This is just four of MANY!

Expand your energy: Feel where your energy is, then take a deep breath and expand your energy bigger and bigger until you have expanded your energy beyond the moon.

“I remove all limiting beliefs and replace them with life-affirming statements and ideas.   I ask to remove all residual patterns created by limiting beliefs.” 

 Say with conviction. “I, _______, place my heart, my conscious and subconscious mind, my body and soul into a Court of Atonement. I ask my guides to look up and down my timeline and call into this Court of atonement all souls who are guilty of limiting my worth, my belief in my abilities, or whose energy is blocking me in any way, shape, or form. I ask that this energy be cleared. With gratitude, I give my blessings and thanks because I fully trust that this is done!”

Soul Contract: Divide a piece of paper in half. In the header on the left side, write. “I will no longer tolerate:” And on the right side. “I will accept and expect:” Now, write all of the beliefs you insist on releasing. And on the right, the thoughts you intend to replace them with.

Personal Promise: Hand over heart! One hand to the sky! I solemnly swear to analyze my thoughts and use everything in my power to keep my thoughts focused on the desired outcome. I am open to receiving divine guidance.

Faster EFT: Focus your attention on what you want to release. Then, begin tapping on your forehead between the eyes. “I release and let this go.” Side of the eye: “I release and let this go.” Under the Eye, “I release and let this go.” Collar bone, “I release and let this go.” Grab your wrist and say “Peace.” (For more information look up: Robert Smith Faster EFT on YouTube.)

Go back to step #2 and ask the questions again.  Let’s see if you have closed the gap.

Alignment Visualization:  
Think about your target and say.  “I am this,  This is me.   I am this target.  This target is me.   I am this.   This ______ is me.  I am this!”  Say it over and over and over, until you feel this to be true.   Then say.  “I ask my heart to open up and invite this vision of me, to live inside me, as me, and through me.”   Feel this vision entering your heart.   Give thanks for it.   Amen!

I was asked. “What is the most amazing experience you have had spiritually?” I thought maybe you would enjoy reading my answer.

Some of you may or maynot know, that  I am a psychic healer, and a master dowser.

One time, because of my own allergies, I was dowsing lists of foods to find out what was the best to eat and what to avoid.

Because of this project, I had charts spread out all over the place.

In the middle of dowsing these lists, my mother called to tell me that my Aunt Barbara was in the hospital and was completely catatonic. She said my aunt had gone from living alone, paying her bills and even cleaning her own swimming pool, to completely unresponsive!

At first they thought she’d had a stroke, but the tests were negative. After seven weeks of tests, she was still the same, and they felt no closer to having a diagnosis. My mother asked me if I could. “Check in” with spirit and find out what was going on.

Using my healing charts, the pendulum went to the forehead and then to the word. “Swelling”

My mother asked if there was something she could give Barbara, to help her back to consciousness. Mom then proceeded to tell me about my aunt’s condition. While she was talking, I noticed my right hand had gone way across the table to my right, and was hovering over another paper. I pulled my arm back and asked the question. “Is there anything here that will help her?”

My mother kept talking “She’s in there, I asked her who came to visit today and about 4 minutes later she said. “Arlow” You would think she’s not there, but then I noticed that she would sometimes answer a one word response 3 or 4 minutes later.

Even though I was distracted, I soon noticed that my arm was way out to the right again. The next time I asked the question of what to give her, I noticed that my arm involuntarily moved all the way across the table, very purposefully. So I looked to see what was under the pendulum. It was so far away that I had to stand up and lean over, to read it. “Walnut oil.”

As soon as I read it, my arm moved back across me and over to a chart to my left that said. “Take NOW!” Then my hand with the pendulum,  moved all the way back to the right to the words “Walnut oil.”   I watched in amazement as my arm repeatedly moved back and forth across the table.  Each time, crossing a good four feet between the pages that said. “Walnut oil, Take NOW, Walnut oil, Take NOW!” The message was unmistakable!

I told my mother and she asked “How much do I give her?” When I dowsed it, the prescription was 1/4 of a teaspoon 3 times a day. Now this doesn’t sound like enough to do anything, but my mom believes in my divine connection, so she ran to town and purchased walnut oil, took it to the care facility my aunt was in and gave it to her.

Mom called again to ask, “How long before we will see a difference in her?”
The pendulum indicated “One week.”

The next day, mom called to say that a nurse had suggested that it might be “Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus?” I said the pendulum says “No” to normal pressure and “Yes” to Hydrocephalus!

I then Googled Hydrocephalus and found a blog where a doctor had listed six or seven causes of Hydrocephalus.  I dowsed the list, and the pendulum indicated  “Tapeworm.”

The article went on to explain that tapeworms, send out a hormone that causes swelling in the frontal lobe, which keeps the host from killing it! (TRICKY JERKS!)

I then Googled (tapeworm and walnut oil,) and over 5,000 pages came up talking about killing tapeworms with walnut oil!!!

On the morning of the third day my mother called. “I thought you would like to know that your Aunt just called me. She said. “Where am I?” ” And why have you been making me drink that oil?”

Okay, now I understand…  Story time.

I am remembering a time, I needed to go to the grocery store to purchase coffee.

This thought kept coming up in my mind. “I need to go buy coffee.” At the same time I was thinking thoughts of getting the laundry done, vacuuming the house. I also wanted to post something new on Facebook, and for weeks I had wanted to finish a painting I  had started.

Every time I  would make a move toward doing one of these things, I noticed a sinking feeling in my stomach. Right between the bottom of my rib cage and my belly button.

This feeling,  I knew was a message. It was telling me, that the project that I was starting was not really the most beneficial one to be working on at that moment.

My house was a little messy, so I intended to clean it up, but that sinking feeling was persistent.

I stopped and asked myself. “What is in the way of cleaning the house?”

The answer came – Because it was the last thing that my husband mentioned before walking out the door. “We need to really put a shine on this house, my sister is in town this week and she wants to see what we’ve done with it.”

The dishes were washed, the bed was made, but I was about to spend my day cleaning under furniture and re-organizing cupboards, because my husband thought it needed to be done, and I had taken his idea to heart.

So then, I let that idea go and thought about finishing the painting. Once again, I was feeling that sinking sensation. So I stopped and ask myself “Why do I feel this way?” I realized that it would be a lot more fun to paint the painting out in the garden with a fresh hot cup of coffee. Then, with no sinking feeling, I picked up the car keys and headed to the store to purchase the coffee.

While I was shopping, I ran into a friend. This friend invited me to go hiking with her the next morning.

I went home to have a great day out in the garden enjoying my coffee.

The next day while on the hike, I met my friends grandmother who became a new client for my business.  See how it works!

Is this what you had in mind?

Almost. You could also tell them about paying attention to this “gut feeling” when you are shopping,

Hmm… Okay.

One time I was in the grocery store and found myself stopped in the sugar aisle. I was just standing, staring off into space. I had been looking at alternatives for sugar. Something that would taste good also be a healthy choice for my body. All of the things I picked up, gave me that sinking feeling. I know this feeling is a signal warning me, that these choices were all damaging to my body in some way. I had held all of the possibilities I could see and all of them gave me that sinking feeling. Yet I still I felt the sinking feeling if I tried to walk away. So just standing there, I asked… What do I need to know? What am I not understanding?

My arms, as if they belonged to someone else, raised up above my head and moved a box of Equal over out of the way. I then found myself standing up on my tip toes and reaching way back into the shelf, out of sight, way above my head, until I pulled out a box of Inositol packets! These turned out to taste good in tea, and had a low glycemic index. Just what I was needing.

Pay close attention to this sinking feeling in your stomach, “gut instinct” It is always working for you. It is easy to understand. If it feels bad at all… It is a bad idea to continue doing what you are doing. I believe that I am not the only one who thinks you should start paying closer attention to what you feel when you are eating, drinking, taking vitamins, shopping, or just making decisions of what you should be doing with your time today!

Play with this energy…  It could end up saving your beacon!  It has saved mine a few times!

Spiritual Clearing and Healing

I am told that I need to clear my energy every seven hours. When I whined and complained that I should only have to clear my energy once a day, I was told that I had made a vow when I came to earth, to assist in healing spirits and energy. “If they can not get your attention, how are you supposed to know that they need help?”
I was told that spirits need our assistance at times, to clear up some of the hard feelings that they left behind. This is why we (those who are sensitive to energy) wake up around 3:00 am every morning. This news sent a shock wave of paranoia through my body…

“WHAT? What does that mean?”

I was told that when we are in our deepest state of slumber, that spirits can speak into our subconscious minds and program us to do some little things for them. They said not to be afraid of it, it’s actually as simple as… “Today when you go to the bank, you will talk to a young man who has an orange on his desk. You will point to the orange and say to him. “Do you know how to tell if that is ripe or not? It’s orange!” “This will instill in the man a memory and he might say to himself. “My old uncle Albert used to say that. Poor old Uncle Albert, I sure loved him… I wish things had been better between us when he was alive.” This line of thinking sets up a wave of healing energy, so that atonement between the man and his uncle can take place.

So now I clear my energy periodically through out the day. I used to set an alarm on my watch because I knew that the shielding wore off in seven hours. But I have grown used to the feeling and rely on my own radar to know when I need to clear again.

I have been taught to notice when I feel a disturbance in my energy, to check in and see who I am being made aware of, and to pray for their soul to be filled with light and to have their guides purged with light and ask for any healing to take place that will help this person or soul on it’s divine path.

Many times the disturbance is coming from a person walking down the road near me. Sometimes I can not see the person yet, I just feel them. But then I will notice the sensation is coming from a certain direction, I will watch in that direction and then a rather scary person will walk around a corner. Usually they are visibly, mentally ill. Like turrets, or just yelling into a blue tooth.

This is my daily healing/clearing protocol that I use, every time before I channel or read energy. Sometimes I feel like I need to repeat the paragraph I am clearing and can read each one, up to 5 times.

Prayer for Clearing

I speak this prayer on behalf of myself and every member of my family and every person on this earth that I call friend.

Thank you Archangel Michael, thank you Universal Priest and thank you Gatekeeper Solomon, for only allowing those that are filled with light, to enter my space. Thank you for returning all others to their points of origin and placing them into courts of atonement or any measures you deem appropriate to heal their energy.

Thank you for removing all curses, hexes, implants and spells from our souls, hearts, bodies, energy and environments, from our present, past and or future lives.

Thank you angels, for assisting me in retracting my own energy that I have sent out in a negative way. Thank you for calling a court of atonement between myself and those I am upset with.

Thank you Archangel Michael for healing our electromagnetic fields and energetic shields.

I am grateful that our souls are healed and balanced perfectly within our energy systems.

I am grateful, that the energy of our homes are healed and changed so it is now beneficial for our bodies.

I am thankful that all electronics within our environments are balanced, blessed and changed to be beneficial for our bodies our minds and our souls.

I am thankful that the frequency waves that permeate our space are balanced, blessed and are beneficial for our bodies, while at the same time working exactly as they are intended.

Thank you Archangel Michael and Universal Healer for removing all weapons and causes of death, trauma, drama, and injury from our physical bodies, our emotional bodies, our mental bodies, our astral bodies and our auras. Thank you for dissolving any residual effects.

Thank you Universal Healer for healing our bodies to our healthiest states of being.

Thank you so much for healing our brains and restoring our mental clarity and recall.

Thank you Archangel Michael, Universal Healer and Archangel Raphael, for restoring our Auras to their healthiest natural state.

Thank you for removing all residual energy pockets imprinted in my electromagnetic field. Thank you for changing all this energy into ideas and positive life affirming memories and upcoming events.

Thank you Archangel Metatron for balancing, harmonizing, polarizing, clearing and adjusting our chakras for the best reception of healing energy and divine guidance.

Thank you for filling us all with Universal White light energy. Thank you for having this energy surround us by nine feet in all directions and anchoring our energy to the earth.

Thank you God for healing all of our guides and filling them with light.

Thank you for spreading this white light energy out sixty feet in all directions, Thank you for cleansing, healing and grounding our environments.

I am so grateful, that you have changed the frequencies of our homes, offices, cars and regularly frequented establishments to the healthiest frequency to ensure health and joy.

Thank you for disconnecting all psychic cords and plugging them into healing source energy, allowing both parties to be blessed.

Thank you for healing any low frequency vibrations that may penetrate our homes or work spaces and healing those frequencies to be neutral and or beneficial to our bodies.
